Do I have to print my passes?
We are environmentally friendly. We encourage you to use the digital version or your city pass to enter the attractions. But of course, if it feels easier for you to use a printed version, you can do it. Either way, make sure the QR code in your passes is visible in full. For your security, in some attractions, you may be asked to show an ID to match the name on Cancun City Pass.
Do I need to make a reservation or can I just show up?
Depending on the Cancun City Pass you choose, you will find in your pass that some attractions include the legend: “prior reservation required”. This means that those attractions have limited spaces on every tour. To guarantee your spot is necessary to make your reservation in advance. To make your reservation contact us.
Other attractions do no required reservations to enter. This means you can just show up when you decide. We encourage you to check the opening hours and operating days of your included attractions. You can find the details of the attractions here.
